Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping Policy We know you want your parts fast to get your project back on the road.

  • Turnaround: We normally ship within 1 business day of receiving your payment.

  • Carriers: We ship worldwide using USPS. Domestic orders (USA) are also primarily shipped via USPS.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.


2. Returns Policy Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and Uninstalled: Parts that have been installed, bolted on, or plugged in (especially electrical components) may not be eligible for return.

  • In Original Packaging: Please ensure the item is in the same condition that you received it, including the original box or packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "As-Is"

  • Parts damaged due to improper installation

Special Policy: Electrical Parts Due to the sensitive nature of automotive electrical systems, electrical parts are non-returnable.

  • Why? Electrical components (such as switches, relays, condensers, and regulators) can be easily damaged if installed in a vehicle with existing wiring faults. We cannot verify if an electrical part has been internally "shorted out" or damaged after it has been plugged in.


3. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

  • Restocking Fee: Please note that a restocking fee of up to 5% may be deducted from your final refund amount.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless you prepaid the return label).


4. Exchanges & Defective Parts We stand by the quality of our NOS parts. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. If you need to exchange a defective part for the same item, please email us at support@ocpnw.com and send your item to:

5. How to Return an Item To return your product, please mail it to the address above.

  • Responsibility: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Recommendation: If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
