This will come with TWO 410-4003 EGR Valves as shown in the pictures.

New Old Stock (NOS) Mopar Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Valve, Part Number 4104003. This mechanical valve replaces Mopar OEM P/N 4095536 and is suitable for various Chrysler, Dodge, and Plymouth V8 models with the 5.2L (318cid) engine from 1978 through 1981. Used to modulate the flow of exhaust gas back into the intake manifold to reduce NOx emissions.
